Homemade Fishing Gaff Made from a Broken Golf Club
I build a lightweight custom fishing gaff for my kayak out of a broken golf club and other things I had around the house.
What’s in this video
This idea hit me walking through Goodwill, where the fishing poles sat right next to the golf clubs. I make a lightweight fishing gaff from a broken golf club and other things I had around the house. I cut the golf club down, prep the hook, assemble the gaff and finish it with a paracord handle wrap.
Any saltwater kayak angler needs a gaff, and this one feels great on the kayak. After I edited the video I found out Glenn Madden had a similar tutorial, so I give him credit at the end. We think alike.
