The 7.5 inch panel mount harness stays in the kayak with an SAE plug for each accessory, and the 38 inch plug harness goes to your tote or gear pod with the switcher inside. Connect the two when you launch, then unplug and carry the switcher inside for charging. It works with all Yak Power switchers.
