The AirVolution uses high-pressure drop-stitch chambers for rigidity, tracking and speed you don’t usually get from an inflatable. An open deck makes it easy to get in and out, and it has a high-back adjustable seat, adjustable foot braces, bungee deck lacing and below-deck storage for small items. It comes with a pump.
Specs at a glance
- Length: 13 ft

- Weight: 39 lbs
- Capacity: 300 lbs
- Persons: 1

Good to know
- Pump it to full pressure before launching; a soft drop-stitch hull loses most of its speed and tracking.
- It is a paddling kayak first, so keep fishing to calm water and pack light.
KayakDIY take: A rigid drop-stitch hull is what separates a real inflatable kayak from a pool toy. To compare boats, see all my kayak reviews.
