This kit replaces the stock steering with a T-Lock rudder drum housing that removes play between the shaft and rudder. It does not require drilling into the original steering plate, and it adds a hole for a retractable rudder pull cord. The kit includes a handle drum, Spectra cord, cord locking inserts and stainless fasteners.
