The Highlander 140T AirTrek has a dual-layer reinforced drop-stitch hull that is 44 in wide. It ships with two high-low Treklite seats, two 4-piece paddles that convert between SUP and kayak style, a hand pump and a rolling travel bag. Six gear tracks and three stern mounts take accessories, and it works with Traverse or fin pedal drives.

KayakDIY take: A tandem inflatable is an easy way to get two people fishing without two boats. For more options, see my best pedal kayaks guide.
