The Horizon Seat Perch lifts your seat for clearer sight lines and casting angles, with high-traction EVA padding on top and gear tracks on all four sides. It also works as a standing platform, and off the kayak it doubles as a step stool or camp table. It fits CAJO Horizon and Treklite seats and Vibe Summit, Hero 2.0 and Switchback seats.

- Sitting higher raises your center of gravity, so try it in calm water first.
KayakDIY take: Height is a big deal for sight fishing, but I’d always get comfortable with the added height in calm water first. For more options, see my fishing kayak accessories guide.
