Installation uses your existing bow handle: remove it, place the QuickStop over the holes, reinstall the handle and fasten it with the longer screws provided. A rolling pulley lets the anchor line run smoothly. It works with the anchor of your choice, and a mushroom or ball anchor is recommended.
