The Raider comes apart into three sections of about 40 to 46 lbs each and assembles into a tandem or shorter solo setup, so you don’t need a roof rack or trailer. Each seat has its own propeller pedal drive with reverse, and it comes with two stadium seats, two paddles, six flush rod holders, five tracks, and forward and rear hatches.

KayakDIY take: A pedal tandem that breaks down is a practical answer when you don’t have room for a long boat. For more options, see my best pedal kayaks guide.
