The Radar 115 has scupper pods that accept the Helix PD pedal drive or the Helix MD motor drive, plus mounting for side-scanning electronics. Its flat standing platform and 34.5 inch width make it easy to stand on for its length. SlideTrax rails, a center hatch, a circular bow hatch, a big tankwell and the AirPro MAX seat round it out.

- If you know you want pedals from day one, the Radar 115 Pedal Drive version includes the Helix PD.
KayakDIY take: Starting with a paddle and adding a drive later spreads out the cost. For the details, read my full Wilderness Systems Radar 115 review.
