The TetherTube has an angled lead-in that guides the rod in and keeps the reel lined up. A removable hook and tether clip onto the rod shaft so the rod stays with the crate if things go wrong. The included hardware mounts it to the BlackPak Pro or anywhere a nut and washer install works.
