How I Installed a Kayak Launch on a Dock (Only 4 Bolts)
I bought a Kayak Launch for my in-laws and show how I installed it on their dock so they can get into their kayaks safely.
What’s in this video
I’ve fallen a few times trying to get into a kayak from my in-laws’ dock, and I’ve cut myself on oysters doing it. I already own a Kayak Launch at my place, so I got them one and filmed the install to show how easy it is.
I start by prepping the dock, then drill and line up the holes, assemble the launch and mount it. It only takes 4 bolts. At the end I secure everything and show the launch in operation, so they can get in and out of their kayaks a lot easier and safer.
Key moments
- 0:00 Preparing the dock
