Varla Eagle One V2.0 Scooter: Accessories, Parts and Trailer Hitch
I go through Varla's accessories and replacement parts for my Eagle One V2.0 electric scooter, including a rack that lets it tow a trailer.
What’s in this video
I love my Varla Eagle One V2.0. It’s nice and compact with great speed and range. Here I walk through the Varla website to show the accessories and parts. The one I got excited about is the seat with a rear rack that has a trailer hitch. That kit was $89 at the time, and it lets you tow a kids trailer, a pet trailer or a cargo trailer for fishing gear. You can find those trailers cheap on Facebook Marketplace and most use the same style connection.
They also have a wider deck, mirrors, an extra light, a water bottle holder, handlebar bags, a folding lock and a kids handlebar so your kid can stand in front of you and hold on. I haven’t seen another company do that. The V2.0 also has a hook on the back for groceries.
On parts, filtering by model could be better, but prices weren’t bad at the time: a display with keys for $108, a motor and tire set for $160, and a battery pack for $580. I haven’t had to replace anything on mine, but it’s nice to know parts are available.
Key moments
Quick takeaways
- The rear rack with a hitch (about $89 at the time) lets the scooter tow common bike trailers.
- Replacement prices at the time: display $108, motor and tire set $160, battery pack $580.
- A kids handlebar gives a child something solid to hold when riding in front of you. Have them wear a helmet.
