YakPower 12V Power and LED Light Kits for Kayaks
I show YakPower's 12V controllers and LED kits that run fish finders and lights, and install from outside the hull instead of inside.
What’s in this video
YakPower makes easy to install power for kayaks. You run your fish finder, lights and more from their controllers, and you can even control them from your phone or your fish finder. The big thing for me is everything fastens to the hull from the outside, so you’re not reaching deep inside the kayak. That makes install in tight spaces a lot easier.
The accessories plug in with common 2 pin SAE connectors, and there’s an SAE adapter for your fish finder power cable. The self tapping button lights are some of my favorite products. They’re small but wicked bright. I also look at Nocqua 12V lithium batteries, which hold voltage longer than lead acid as they discharge, and a night fishing setup.
