What’s in this video

Some anglers use an underwater green light to pull in big fish. The green LED attracts the tiny organisms that minnows and shad feed on, and the larger fish follow the bait fish. Drop an injured minnow or shad on a hook in the mix and wait for a bite.

I go over power and connections, build the housing from clear pipe (polycarbonate or clear PVC) with PVC fittings, then test the light, look at the connector and finish with an aquarium test. Power runs through a waterproof cable gland, a 16/2 extension cord and a 12v battery. Building your own ran about a tenth of the cost of buying one complete at the time of the video.
