The Blue Sky Boatworks 360 Angler is not really a kayak at all. It is a twin-hull pedal boat from Jackson Kayak’s sister brand, with 30 square feet of deck, a 360-degree swivel captain’s chair, and stability that feels closer to a bass boat than a paddle craft.

Who This Boat Is For
This is for the angler who wants to fish like they are in a boat but launch like they are in a kayak. If standing, walking the deck, and bringing a dog or a kid along matter to you, the 360 Angler delivers. It shines on big lakes, ponds, and inshore saltwater where space and stability beat speed.
Stability and Deck Space
The catamaran-style twin hulls are the whole story. You can step from the dock straight onto the deck, walk around while fishing, and stand to cast with total confidence. At 48 inches wide with a walkable open deck, there is room for a cooler, tackle, and a second person just hanging out. The padded deck is kind to bare feet and quiet underfoot, which matters when you are stalking shallow fish.
Comfort and Seat
The captain’s chair swivels a full 360 degrees and adjusts fore and aft as well as up and down. It is basically an office chair built for fishing, and the rudder controls sit right at your hands on both sides of the seat. For 2026 models, Blue Sky moved to the Millennium Seat, which is known for all-day comfort. Tackle storage sits within easy reach while seated.
Pedal Drive Performance
The Flex Drive Mark IV pedal drive pushes the twin hulls along with surprising speed for such a big platform. It offers forward and reverse, and the belt drive is quiet. The narrow pontoons cut drag better than you would expect from looking at it. Steering comes from a spring-loaded kick-up rudder controlled by hand levers, and the drive can swap for an E-Drive electric unit if you want power. A four-hole bolt pattern on the stern pontoons accepts Power-Pole anchors and trolling motor mounts.
Honest Drawbacks
Let us talk about the number: 170 pounds with the seat and drive. This is a trailer boat for most people. It does break into three pieces for transport, and integrated wheels help at the ramp, but solo cartopping is not realistic. It is also a big investment, and at 13 feet 4 inches it needs room to store. In tight creeks and timber, the width works against you.
