Has anyone checked out Falcon Sails? 🛶 They offer some really interesting sail options and different configurations/accessories for kayaks.

I’m particularly curious about their different sail sizes and how to choose the right size. For those who have experience with Falcon Sails, what sail size did you go with, and how has it performed?

I have a Swell Scupper 14 kayak and I’m trying to figure out which Falcon Sails size would be the best match. Would love to hear what others recommend!

Good question. Kayak sails are a blast when the wind cooperates. Three things I’d check before buying: how it mounts (you want something you can drop in seconds when a gust hits), whether it makes your hull pull to one side, and parts availability, since small sail makers come and go.

If the price is right and the mount is solid, go for it. Sailing back to the launch instead of paddling into the wind is pure joy.
