Once the fin plate is bonded on, you can add Bixpy’s Slide & Lock Fin Adapter and mount a J-2 motor. Adhesive is not included, because the right glue depends on your hull material. For a PVC inflatable, a PVC-to-PVC adhesive is the usual match.
