The dock is a 1.5mm PVC container with a non-skid top, a Velcro closure and four D-rings. You load it with four 8 x 4 ft x 2 in foam panels from a hardware store, and several docks can be roped together for a bigger platform. Adding a plywood layer helps with heavier loads.
