Florida Fossil Diving for Megalodon Shark Teeth and Mammoth Bones
I headed into central Florida on a small jon boat to dive for megalodon shark teeth, mammoth bones and other fossils.
What’s in this video
This trip took me through central Florida on a small jon boat to dive for megalodon shark teeth and other fossils like mammoth bones. I start off with a megalodon tooth giveaway, then show the new dive gear and the spot we picked.
Getting there meant navigating some sketchy water, and then we got to hunting on the bottom. We even pulled up a stop sign along the way. We got one last dive in before the end of the day, and I finish by laying out the fossils and going over what we found. We only uncovered a small portion of what’s down there, so there’s more to come.
