YakAttack GearTrac Installation on a Fishing Kayak
I give a quick walkthrough of installing and mounting the YakAttack GearTrac system for rod holders, fish finders, camera poles and more.
What’s in this video
This is a quick video on how to install and mount the YakAttack GearTrac system. Once the track is on, it opens up a lot of mounting options: Scotty rod holders, Mighty Mounts, RAM ball setups, fish finders, camera poles and more.
I use a GearTrac kit and show it with a Scotty rod holder on a 241 mount and a MightyMount Scotty kit with hardware. There are plenty of other accessories that work with GearTrac too.
Quick takeaways
- GearTrac takes Scotty rod holders, Mighty Mounts, RAM ball setups, fish finders and camera poles.
- A MightyMount Scotty kit lets Scotty gear ride on the track.
