What’s in this video

I unboxed the Inmotion Climber and it felt like quality right away. The stem clamp has a two stage lock, which matters at speed. It has dual 750 watt motors (1,500 watts peak), an IP56 rated body and an IPX7 battery, and a segmented hamburger style rim so you can change a tire in about 10 minutes.

Beach parking here is about $5 an hour, so my plan is to park off the island for free and ride over the bridge. I rode the Fort Myers Beach bridge multiple times and hit 20 to 21 mph climbing the steepest side. It’s rated for 36% inclines, tops out at 23.7 mph, and has a rated 35 mile range. I’d estimate close to 27 miles with mixed use.

Max rider capacity is 130 kg (286.6 lb). The app lets you check each battery cell, motor temps, routes and speeds, and lock the scooter, which I used at the beach. Braking with electronic and disc brakes felt controllable. MSRP was $999 at the time, typically selling for about $699 to $799. At 6’2 it fit me well.
