The BF2.3 is air cooled, so there’s no water pump to maintain, and it has a centrifugal clutch, 360 degree swivel steering and a fold-down tiller. The internal tank holds 0.29 gallons, which Honda says gives about an hour at wide open throttle. It weighs 29.5 lb dry.
